Deutsch: CSD Brandenburg 2025
Ich freue mich sehr, heute hier vor euch sprechen zu dürfen.
Mein Name ist Mathieu-Pascal Rudolph, ich bin Vorsitzender der Naturfreundejugend
Brandenburg und Vorstandsmitglied der Naturfreundejugend Deutschlands.
Unser Verband kämpft seit fast 100 Jahren für Solidarität, Freiheit und Gerechtigkeit.
Werte, die das Fundament unserer sozialistischen, antifaschistischen,
internationalen Bewegung sind. Und heute, 2025, sind genau diese Werte massiv
bedroht.
In einer Zeit, in der sich die gesellschaftliche Norm immer weiter nach rechts verschiebt,
müssen wir als queere und politische Bewegung näher zusammenrücken als je zuvor.
Denn unsere Existenz ist wieder umkämpft.
Wir dürfen nicht zulassen, dass die Rechte, für die unsere Vorgänger*innen alles riskiert
haben,
wieder infrage gestellt, relativiert oder abgeschafft werden.
Wenn wir nicht laut sind, wird es still um uns. Und dann wird es gefährlich.
Heute sehe ich:
Es wird leiser um uns, aber lauter über uns.
Die Stimmen des Hasses brüllen und sie dringen durch.
In den USA verschwinden queere Menschen aus der Öffentlichkeit.
People of Color werden aus Geschichtsbüchern gestrichen.
Trans Personen werden kriminalisiert und entrechtet.
Diese Angriffe sind kein Zufall, sie folgen einer Strategie.
Einer globalen Strategie gegen Vielfalt, Gleichheit und Freiheit.
Und in Deutschland?
Die rechtsextreme AfD hat über 20 % geholt. Eine Partei, die Grundrechte offen infrage
stellt, das Asylrecht abschaffen will und Faschist*innen in ihren Reihen schützt.
Aber das wirklich Gefährliche?
Die CDU übernimmt ihre Sprache, Narrative und Politik.
Ich sehe eine weltweite Gefahr. Für uns. Für alle marginalisierten Gruppen.
Wenn wir jetzt nicht laut sind, werden wir zum Schweigen gebracht.
Wenn wir still sind, machen wir Platz für ihre Gewalt.
Deshalb stehen wir heute hier.
Laut, sichtbar, entschlossen.
Nicht nur für uns.
Sondern auch für all die,
die nicht mehr sprechen können,
die nie sprechen durften,
die unterdrückt werden – weltweit.
Wir sind hier, weil wir wütend sind.
Ich bin wütend.
Wütend auf dieses System. Wütend, weil:
– Queere Menschen Angst haben, auf die Straße zu gehen.
– Menschen mit Behinderungen noch immer systematisch ausgegrenzt werden.
– Klimakatastrophe und Krieg Menschen in die Flucht treiben und Europa mit
Abschottung und Militarisierung reagiert.
– Konzerne Profite feiern, während soziale Sicherheit abgebaut wird.
– Faschismus nicht nur möglich, sondern real geworden ist.
Kapitalismus fördert Faschismus und Kapitalismus tötet!
In jeder Krise: Klimakrise, soziale Krise, Pandemie
Während wir kämpfen, feiern sie Dividenden.
Während unsere Leben verhandelbar gemacht werden, sind ihre Profite heilig.
Unsere Antwort?
– Organisierung.
– Widerstand.
– Internationale Solidarität.
Der CSD war nie unpolitisch.
Stonewall war ein Aufstand.
Ein Aufstand gegen Polizei, Staat, Auslöschung.
Der CSD war Barrikade, war Wut, war Hoffnung.
Heute führen wir diesen Kampf weiter.
Laut. Sichtbar. International.
Für ein gutes Leben für alle – jenseits von Unterdrückung, Ausgrenzung und
Ausbeutung.
Wenn sie Mauern bauen, bauen wir Brücken.
Wenn sie Angst säen, säen wir Hoffnung.
Wenn sie unsichtbar machen, werden wir unübersehbar.
Lasst uns kämpfen,
für alle, die für uns gekämpft haben.
Für alle, die nie kämpfen konnten.
Für alle, die es nicht mehr können.
Und für uns selbst.

I am very pleased to be able to speak to you here today.
My name is Mathieu-Pascal Rudolph, I am the chairman of Naturfreundejugend
Brandenburg (young Nature Friends Brandenburg) and a board member of Naturfreundejugend Deutschland (young Nature Friends Germany).
Our association has been fighting for solidarity, freedom and justice for almost 100
years.
Values that are the foundation of our socialist, anti-fascist, international movement. And today, in 2025, it is precisely these values that are under massive threat.
At a time when the social norm is shifting ever further to the right,
we as a queer movement must come closer together than ever before.
Because our existence is being fought over again.
We must not allow the rights that our predecessors risked everything for to be
be questioned, relativized or abolished again.
If we are not loud, it will become quiet around us. And then it becomes dangerous.
I can see that today:
It is getting quieter around us but louder above us.
The voices of hatred are roaring and they are getting through.
In the USA, queer people are disappearing from the public eye.
People of color are being erased from history books.
Trans people are being criminalized and disenfranchised.
These attacks are no coincidence, they follow a strategy.
A global strategy against diversity, equality and freedom.
And in Germany?
The far-right AfD (“Alternative für Deutschland”, Alternative for Germany – a right-wing political party) has gained votes over 20 %. A party that openly questions fundamental
rights, wants to abolish the right to asylum and protects fascists in its ranks.
But what is really dangerous?
The CDU (“Christlich-Demokratische Union”, Christian democratic union – the conservative political party with chancellor Friedrich Merz) is adopting their language, narratives and policies.
I see a global danger. For us. For all marginalized groups.
And I’m telling you:
If we are not loud now, we will be silenced.
If we are silent, we will make room for their violence.
That is why we are standing here today.
Loud, visible, determined.
Not just for us.
But also for all those,
who can no longer speak,
who were never allowed to speak,
who are oppressed – worldwide.
We are here because we are angry.
I am angry.
Angry at this system. Angry because:
– Queer people are afraid to take to the streets.
– People with disabilities are still systematically marginalized.
– Climate catastrophe and war are driving people to flee and Europe is reacting with
isolation and militarization.
– Corporations celebrate profits while social security is dismantled.
– Fascism is not only possible, it has become real.
Capitalism promotes fascism and capitalism kills!
In every crisis: climate crisis, social crisis, pandemic
While we fight, they celebrate dividends.
While our lives are made negotiable, their profits are sacred.
Our response?
– Organize.
– Resistance.
– International solidarity.
CSD (Christopher Street Day, name of the German pride events) was never apolitical.
Stonewall was a riot.
An uprising against the police, the state, extermination.
The CSD was a barricade, was anger, was hope.
Today we continue this fight.
Loudly. Visibly. Internationally.
For a good life for all – beyond oppression, exclusion and exploitation.
When they build walls, we build bridges.
When they sow fear, we sow hope.
When they make us invisible, we become louder than ever.
Let us fight,
for all those who have fought for us.
For all those who could never fight.
For all those who can no longer.
And for ourselves.
